What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients to achieve optimal health outcomes while ensuring safe and effective clinical practice.
- Deliver person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans and within your scope of practice
- Monitor patient observations, recognise changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Provide emotional support and assistance with activities of daily living to promote patient independence
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the nursing team and wider healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes

- Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
