Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at The Sun Hotel in Mundingburra.
You don’t need to have “Gaming Manager” on your résumé already. You do need solid gaming experience, a good understanding of responsible service and the confidence to bring out the best in a team.
You might be a Gaming Supervisor, Duty Manager or the experienced Gaming Attendant everyone turns to when the room gets busy. If you’re ready for more responsibility, we’ll back you with the training and support to take that next step.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the gaming floor and is ready to lead more than a shift.
You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to look after the team, regulars, compliance and day-to-day performance of the gaming department. We’ll teach you Redcape’s systems and help you build confidence across the management side of the role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the gaming team through day-to-day trade
- Coach team members and help them build their skills and confidence
- Get to know the regulars and deliver service that keeps them coming back
- Keep the gaming room presented, compliant and ready for customers
- Support promotions, reporting, rostering and department performance
- Play an active role in the wider venue leadership team
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on gaming experience in a pub, hotel or club
- Readiness to step from Gaming Attendant, Supervisor or Duty Manager into department leadership
- A solid understanding of gaming operations and responsible gambling requirements
- A positive, practical leader who enjoys supporting people and getting stuck in
- A current RSA and RSG; CLO is welcomed but not essential, with support available to obtain it
- Availability across weekdays, wnights, weekends and public holidays
