About the Role
- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Create engaging and intentional learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.
- Support children's growth by promoting independence, critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional wellbeing.
- Build strong partnerships with families and maintain open, meaningful communication.
- Mentor and collaborate with educators to achieve positive outcomes for children.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification) with full VIT registration.
- Minimum 4 years ECT experience.
- A valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check (not more than 6 months old).
- Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A collaborative approach and passion for mentoring and supporting fellow educators.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs and outcomes for children.
