We are currently seeking passionate and professional Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our beautiful Exceeding-rated service in Cheltenham.
This role is suited to educators who take pride in their work, respect children, families, colleagues, the environment and the resources around them, and understand the important role early childhood education plays in shaping young lives and have a strong understanding of child safe standards.
As part of the BiraBira team, you will support children’s learning, wellbeing and development through warm relationships, meaningful experiences, thoughtful routines and high-quality environments.
You will work collaboratively with our team of educators and teachers to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework and supports each child’s individual needs, interests and strengths.
We are looking for educators who are reliable, reflective, kind, professional and ready to contribute to a centre that values quality practice, strong relationships and genuine career growth.
In the past 12 months, 14 educators at BiraBira have upskilled, and we are proud to support educators who want to continue learning, growing, and building a meaningful career in early childhood education.
Successful applicants will:
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards one
- Have a current Working With Children Check
- Support children’s safety, wellbeing, learning and development
- Build respectful and caring relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace
- Assist with routines, documentation, learning experiences and room responsibilities
- Respect and care for the centre environment, resources and learning spaces
- Communicate professionally and warmly with families and team members
- Show initiative, reliability and a willingness to learn
- Understand that early childhood education is a valued career
