Join a Team That Puts People First
At Dementia & Disability Home Services (DDHS), we believe exceptional support starts with genuine human connection.
Founded from lived experience, DDHS was created with a simple mission: To provide compassionate and respectful care that honours every persons story, fosters connections and empowers people to live with joy and confidence.
We understand that every participant is unique, and we take pride in delivering support that is tailored, meaningful, and built on trust.
Unlike larger providers, we prioritise consistency, relationship-building, and quality support. We carefully match our team members to participants and strive to create positive outcomes not only for those we support but also for the support workers who choose to be part of our growing organisation.
As we continue to expand across Perth, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker who shares our values and is committed to making a genuine difference in someone's life. Someone, we can trust.
