Details: The Senior Director, Strategic Portfolio Management is responsible for leading the strategic stewardship, performance and optimisation of the ACT public housing portfolio. This role provides an opportunity to influence how public housing assets are managed to support sustainable housing outcomes and delivery of key Government priorities. Working at the intersection of housing policy, asset management and service delivery, you will provide expert advice to senior executives and contribute to strategic planning, risk management and decision-making. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to apply their strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and asset management expertise to support the effective management of a significant public asset portfolio and contribute to improved housing outcomes for the ACT community.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Related tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirable but not essential. Ability to work within multiple data management systems is desirable but not essential.
As this role is likely to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and young people, cultural awareness, the capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable.
