Customer Service / Sales Support Officer
Darth Industries is a leading importer and wholesaler of premium wall and floor tiles. We are passionate about sourcing innovative and on-trend tile collections from around the world and bringing them to the Australian market through our network of retail partners. Our focus is on providing exceptional products, reliable service, and strong relationships with our customers.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
Working closely with our sales representatives, warehouse team, and customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business. This role is focused on supporting our retail customer base and assisting with the administration and coordination of customer orders and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide product information, stock availability, pricing, and sales support
- Process customer orders accurately using our operating system
- Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and freight bookings with transport providers
- Liaise with sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Assist with account enquiries and general customer service matters
- General administration duties and other tasks as required by management
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or sales support role
- Tile industry experience highly regarded
- Experience working within a wholesale or B2B environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
