Medical Receptionist
(Casual/ Part-time)

We are currently seeking an experienced, warm, happy, friendly, dedicated and proactive receptionist to join our team on a casual basis for 2 days a week.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our Chiropractic, Massage, and Pilates Studio!
Key Responsibilities:
-Answering phone calls and assisting callers with enquiries
-Processing payments
-Greeting and assisting customers with appointments and inquiries
-Proficiently using clinic systems such as Cliniko and Glofox
-Handling Workcover, TAC, and DVA invoicing and payments
-Understanding and processing Medicare EPC plans
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio environment
-Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
-Cultivating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients
-Working efficiently, reliably, and with attention to detail
-Familiarity with clinic products and service packages
-Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
-Prior receptionist experience is a MUST as well as using medical software.
-social media content creating with guided support.
-willing to be apart of the content creating.
- If you have any additional experience or talent working with social media content, we'd love to hear about it.
Additional skills
If you have any additonal skills such as content creating/socila media marketing or if you have used programs like Cliniko, we'd love to hear about it.
- Ability to use mailchimp, canva, social media platforms.
- Capture photo and short-form video content in the studio
- Create and edit Reels, TikToks and campaign videos
- Being apart of the content if needed.
- Contribute ideas to campaign concepts
- Understanding of social media formats and trends
