Licensed Venue Security Guard – Wollongong RSL
Fortitude Protective Services is seeking professional and experienced Licensed Venue Security Guards to join our team at a leading Wollongong RSL venue.
This position offers permanent weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) with premium competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patron and member behaviour to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Manage venue entry procedures, RSA compliance and ID checks
- Assist venue management with crowd control and incident prevention
- Respond to and professionally de-escalate conflicts and safety concerns
- Complete clear and accurate incident reports
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current RSA Certificate (mandatory)
- Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Previous experience in licensed venues, clubs, pubs or RSL environments highly regarded
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation, reliability and punctuality
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
