Your Essential Aesthetics is seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our thriving team in Inglewood. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be at the heart of our business, providing professional treatments and creating memorable experiences for our clients. What you'll be doing
- Providing a comprehensive range of beauty and aesthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and skincare consultations
- Assessing clients' skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety in all treatment areas and with all equipment
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of client treatments, preferences and any skin sensitivities
- Staying up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques and industry best practices
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service
- Promoting and selling beauty products and services to enhance client outcomes and business revenue
- Ensuring the treatment room is always clean, well-organised and stocked with necessary supplies
What we're looking for
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa environment
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and their effects on different skin types
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for client care
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required
- A professional appearance and commitment to personal grooming standards
- Experience in sales and promoting beauty products and services
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty therapy practices
- Preferred: Additional qualifications in specialised treatments such as IPL, BIAB, chemical peels or advanced skincare techniques
