Section Waiter – Ella (Darwin, NT)
We’re looking for experienced section waiters to join the team at ELLA.
ELLA is a modern Sri Lankan restaurant in Darwin, known for bold flavours, warm service, and a strong sense of team. We’re heading into our busiest season and want people who genuinely love hospitality, not just the mechanics of it, but the energy, the pace, and the connection with guests.
About the Role
You’ll be running your own section on the floor, delivering confident, attentive service while working closely with a tight, supportive team. This is a fast-paced environment, and we’re big on consistency, communication, and reading the room.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience running a section in a quality restaurant
- Strong understanding of food & beverage service (cocktails and wines)
- Great communication and the ability to connect with guests
- Calm under pressure, especially during busy services
- A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability across evenings and weekends (closed Sundays)
