About the Role
The Program Educator delivers high-quality education to eyecare professionals to support the effective delivery of a client education program. Working across an assigned territory, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver approved educational content, maintain accurate activity records and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, client expectations and industry standards. This is a 6 month contract working in a part time (0.5FTE) capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging education to eyecare professionals
Build professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Plan and prioritise educational activities across your assigned territory.
Maintain knowledge of the therapy area and complete all required training.
Ensure all activities comply with client policies, industry codes and Pharmacovigilance (PV) requirements.
Record all interactions accurately and promptly in the nominated CRM system.
Meet agreed activity, reporting and service delivery KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support effective program delivery and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an organised and engaging professional with a passion for education and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will bring:
Experience in healthcare education, customer engagement or a similar field-based role (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of the Australian healthcare environment and compliance requirements, including Pharmacovigilance (PV) (desirable).
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
A tertiary qualification in Health, Nursing, Science, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly.
