We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehousing, inventory, transport, and distribution operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered safely, in full, on time, and within budget while driving operational efficiency across our supply chain network.
Working closely with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, and Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in optimising inventory flow, improving distribution performance, and building a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse, inventory management, transport, and distribution activities across the business.
- Manage internal fleet operations and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service excellence and cost-effective delivery outcomes.
- Develop and manage logistics and warehousing budgets, ensuring operational performance meets financial targets.
- Optimise inventory flow and stock management across multiple sites and distribution channels.
- Coordinate off-site storage facilities and interstate distribution centres to maximise capacity and service levels.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety, food safety, quality, and transport regulations.
- Develop workforce capability through effective leadership, coaching, succession planning, and team development.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless supply chain execution and customer satisfaction.

You are a hands-on leader with strong operational and commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment. You combine strategic thinking with a practical approach and have a proven track record of delivering operational excellence through people, systems, and process improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing warehousing operations, transport fleets, and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, transport compliance, and distribution networks.
- Demonstrated capability in budget management, cost control, and resource planning.
- Proven success leading teams and driving a high-performance culture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or distribution environments will be highly regarded.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
