As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
Duties & responsibilities
· Prepare and cook a variety of Taiwanese and Asian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
· Ensure consistent presentation, portion control, and high-quality food production.
· Manage kitchen operations during service periods, ensuring efficiency and timely preparation of meals.
· Maintain and monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food wastage.
· Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained in compliance with food safety regulations.
· Supervise and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff where required.
· Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen in accordance with Australian food safety standards.
Qualification & experiences
· Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (e.g. Certificate III or IV) or equivalent work experience
· Minimum 1 years of experience as a cook
· Drive, personality creative flair and a love of food
· Ability to maintain a continual high standard of food quality and presentation
· Strong adherence to food standards, operating procedures and regulatory guidelines
· Motivated and hard working
· Passion for the restaurant and a commitment to providing an exceptional
· customer experience

Salary : $80,000 + Super per year
