Poco Posy is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome passionate and creative florists to our growing team. As an online floral business, we’ve streamlined operations to allow you to focus on what you do best—designing beautiful blooms.
Position Details:
- Work Schedule: Flexible days between Monday and Saturday, with occasional Saturday shifts required.
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM—perfect for early risers who love a head start on the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting our signature posies based on a simple, curated range of floral designs.
- Ensuring all deliveries are meticulously packed and meet our high-quality standards.
- Assisting with general tasks such as flower processing, stocktaking, cleaning, and product wrapping.
- Occasionally visiting flower markets to source fresh blooms.
- Basic website navigation & customer service (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
- A Certificate III in Floristry is required for this position.
- Flexibility across the business - some days we'll need you makin' gorgeous bouquets, some days we'll need you to support admin, some days we'll need you to pack and wrap
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
