Maintenance and Public Area Cleaner (Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Public Area Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a perfect side job, with consistent hours and flexible work.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 2 hours per day
- MORE to start off with getting the property in shape
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor common areas
- Cleaning BBQ areas
- Adding pool cleaner to the pool and performing light spot cleaning of the pool
- Cleaning drains and sand catchers
- Pavement and pathway cleaning
- Cleaning external room windows
- Assisting with other general cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
- Painting touch ups
- Removing Rust and repainting
- Patching holes
About You:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good attention to detail
- Physically capable of outdoor and light manual work
- Previous cleaning and maintenance experience is essential
