The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This opportunity is located in Mansfield and we have an immediate start available for the candidate who is successful in their application for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all agreed KPIs are met, effectively monitored, and consistently maintained.

Plan, prioritize, and allocate workloads to maximize operational efficiency and achieve desired outcomes.

Oversee daily cycle counting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely system updates.

Coordinate and manage stock transfers and receipt processes in accordance with established procedures.

Manage and oversee the Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) process to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Ensure all team members adhere strictly to approved processes and standard operating procedures.

Maintain compliance with warehouse policies and the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 where applicable).

Contribute positively to team performance, engagement, and a collaborative workplace culture.

Supervise and support the warehouse team in achieving targets, service standards, and business objectives.

Promote and support the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS/EMS by upholding quality and environmental policies.

Undertake additional duties as required to support business needs.
Skills & Experience
-
4+ years' experience in leadership role within warehousing or electrical industry or with a lighting Supplier/Wholesale space (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience leading a warehouse team

The ability to work both autonomously and within a tight-knit team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office-based programs.

Exceptional time management skills.

A professional, positive and proactive work ethic

A "can do" attitude with enthusiasm to keep learning

High attention to detail

Hold a current forklift licence, with solid knowledge of warehousing operations and safe work practices

Must have valid driver's licence

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or have full working rights
