Hello Sarnie is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team in the Adelaide CBD.
This is a casual position with early morning starts from 5:30am, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in keeping a professional kitchen running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play an important role in supporting our chef and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during our busy breakfast and lunch service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
- Assisting with basic food preparation as required
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Following food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to 5:30am starts
- A team player who communicates well and enjoys working with others
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
