The Opportunity
Due to unprecedented growth; we are now seeking Civil Site Supervisors with proven industry success to join our team and help deliver a range of infrastructure and civil construction projects across the Sydney region. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for quality and safety, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career.
As a Civil Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
Manage and supervise civil construction activities on site
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Monitor project progress and provide daily reporting to Project Managers
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delays
Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
Manage and mentor civil construction workforce
Skills and Experiences:
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, or subdivisions
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of WHS regulations, quality and compliance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
White Card (mandatory) and relevant tickets (e.g., First Aid, Traffic Control, etc.) are a plus
Current driver’s licence with the willingness to work across Sydney.
