FRONT OF HOUSE SERVER
Position: Front of House Server
Reports to: Owner
Location: Tillage Pizza, Belmont
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Responsible for providing friendly, efficient and professional service to customers across dine-in, takeaway and counter service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
- Deliver food and drinks to customers.
- Process payments and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, counter and service areas.
- Assist with takeaway orders and customer enquiries.
- Assist delivery partners with their pick up of delivery orders. Coordinate our KDS to streamline service in conjunction with the back of house staff
- Support opening and closing procedures, including dishwashing and cleaning the venue
- Restock front-of-house supplies.
- Assist other team members during busy service periods.
- Maintain Tillage Pizza standards for hospitality, presentation and customer service.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic POS and cash-handling skills.
- Barista experience desirable.
- Availability across evenings and weekends required.
- Current driver’s license preferred but not essential.

Pay: $26.44 – $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 16.0 per week
