Your role
The Change and Business Transformation Lead drives the design and delivery of change strategies across the Digital Case File (DCF) program and broader digital initiatives within the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery (CTSD) division. The role leads business and process transformation, ensuring organisations are ready to adopt new technologies through effective stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability development. Working closely with executives, stakeholders, and program teams, the role supports successful implementation and realisation of benefits from digital solutions.
What you’ll do
Partner with courts and tribunals to identify and prepare for business and process changes ahead of digital implementation.
Design and deliver end-to-end change management activities, including impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness.
Integrate change strategies into project delivery, working closely with program and onboarding teams.
Lead stakeholder engagement to build understanding, manage resistance, and secure buy-in across judicial officers, staff, and partners.
Assess change risks, readiness, and adoption, tailoring interventions to support successful transition and capability uplift.
Support implementation and transition to business-as-usual, including training delivery, champion networks, and governance reporting.

Essential requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change management.
Change management and communication skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Proficiency in effectively managing engagement with demanding stakeholders and complex environments within public sector and government agencies.
The role may be required to operate across or be reassigned to other business areas to meet evolving program and organisational needs.
Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/ clearances:

Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
