As our Team Leader – Supporting Recovery, you'll provide operational, clinical and practice leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused case management and mental health therapies for victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV).
Working within our Relationships & Wellbeing team, you'll create an environment where staff feel supported, clients receive exceptional trauma-informed care, and strong partnerships across health, housing, legal and community services deliver lasting recovery outcomes.

Your opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly skilled multidisciplinary team supporting victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence as they move beyond crisis towards long-term recovery.
You'll provide day-to-day leadership, clinical guidance and operational oversight while ensuring services are delivered in line with the Supporting Recovery Model of Care, organisational policies and legislative requirements. You'll also play a key role in strengthening partnerships across CatholicCare, Local Health Districts, specialist services and community organisations to improve integrated responses for clients with complex and intersecting needs.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused case management and mental health therapies.
Provide supervision, reflective practice and guidance for complex and high-risk cases.
Coordinate referrals, manage caseload allocation and monitor program performance to ensure quality service delivery.
Foster collaborative partnerships across health, housing, legal, government and community sectors to improve client outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, clinical governance and trauma-informed practice across the Supporting Recovery Program.
What you'll bring
You are an experienced and compassionate leader who is passionate about supporting victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments where people leadership, operational excellence and clinical governance come together to create meaningful outcomes.

You will also need:
Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Nursing or a related discipline.
Current registration or accreditation with the relevant professional body (ACA, PACFA, AHPRA, AASW or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and strengths-based practice.
Experience supporting clients with complex psychosocial and mental health needs.
Highly developed assessment, risk management and case coordination skills.
Current NSW Driver Licence.
Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience working within family, domestic and sexual violence services.
Experience supporting culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement.
Experience building collaborative partnerships across multiple service systems.
Demonstrated experience leading service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
