We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team and provide exceptional patient care across a range of healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient health conditions and develop individualised care plans
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical observations
Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments safely
Assist doctors and specialists during examinations and procedures
Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely clinical care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery pathways
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare compliance standards
Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and support staff when required
Registered Nurses play a vital role in supporting patient recovery, wellbeing, and positive healthcare outcomes.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of infection control and healthcare regulations
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach
Work Environment
