Lamilas is seeking a visionary Regional Sales Manager to transform our regional operations into a high-performance retail environment. As the guardian of our luxury Middle Eastern brand identity, you will be responsible for restructuring our workforce, implementing data-driven frameworks, and fostering a culture of deep fragrance expertise.
The Mission
Your primary objective is to drive measurable growth in regional conversion rates and Average Transaction Value (ATV). Within your first 90 days, you will ensure 100% staff alignment with our brand DNA and optimize our workforce for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Restructuring
- Conduct comprehensive personnel and performance audits to identify "High Potentials" versus "Underperformers".
- Develop and implement a revised organizational chart, ensuring staff are placed in stores where their strengths match local demographics.
- Issue updated job descriptions with clear responsibilities for Store Managers and Sales Consultants.
2. Performance & KPI Management
- Establish and roll out a formal KPI framework, focusing on daily/weekly sales targets, conversion rates, and Average Basket Size.
- Utilize a "Balanced Scorecard" approach for monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews.
- Monitor regional productivity through metrics such as Sales per Head-Hour and Like-for-Like (LFL) growth.
3. Training & Brand Excellence
- Master and evangelize Lamilas’ product profiles, including Oud, Musks, and Florals, emphasizing our unique value proposition against Western brands.
- Lead "Sales Excellence Workshops" focused on the art of upselling and increasing transaction value.
- Standardize the "Lamilas Experience" across all physical locations through a comprehensive Regional Playbook.
4. Operational Optimization
- Eliminate operational bottlenecks and ensure inventory levels reflect regional sales trends for trending scents.
- Design and launch regional sales competitions and local marketing events to boost morale and move specific collections.
What You Bring
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern fragrance profiles (Lattafa, Afnan, etc.) and luxury retail standards.
- Analytical Skill: Ability to manage by data, utilizing performance dashboards to provide targeted "on-the-floor" coaching.
- Leadership: Proven experience in talent optimization and empowering store-level leadership.

- A standardized Regional Playbook for sales and store protocols.

- An Optimized Workforce that is leaner, better trained, and revenue-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
