Rex Minerals, part of MACH Metals, is an Australian mining company developing the Hillside Copper-Gold Project located on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. Hillside is one of Australia’s largest undeveloped copper projects.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support optimisation of supply chain operations across project development, commissioning and operational phases. The role involves analysing supply chain data, developing forecasting models, identifying process improvements, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making across logistics, inventory and supplier performance.
Location:
The role is based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Duties:
· Analyse supply chain, inventory, logistics and supplier performance data
· Develop forecasting models and planning tools
· Support inventory optimisation and operational planning
· Prepare dashboards and performance reporting
· Identify process inefficiencies and cost improvement opportunities
· Conduct scenario modelling and capacity analysis
· Support supply chain systems and process improvements
· Provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
· Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
· Understanding of supply chain systems and logistics processes
· Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate insights effectively
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline
· 2–4 years’ relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or operations analysis
