Join Our Team – Australian Permanent Residency Sponsorship Available for the Right Candidates!
We’re looking for a multi-skilled person who is keen to get their hands on a wide variety of work and grow with our team.
Whether you’re an experienced leader or a skilled carpenter keen to progress into a supervisory role, this hands-on position offers the chance to lead a small crew, assist with quoting, organise jobs, and communicate with clients. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates strong expertise and can work autonomously with minimal supervision.
While carpentry skills are certainly important—and we do have some construction projects from time to time—the majority of the work is concrete-related (supplying, forming, and finishing concrete). There’s also a significant amount of machinery operation involved, including excavation, earthworks, and material handling.
It’s a very hands-on role, and we’re looking for someone who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly. Some tasks may have little to do with either carpentry or concreting.
In the long run, we’re looking for someone who can grow into a trusted right-hand person to the director—someone reliable, skilled, and knowledgeable, who takes responsibility and consistently delivers quality work.
About Us:
We specialise in residential and commercial concreting, general construction, excavation, and earthworks across Warren and surrounding areas.
Location:
We’re based in Warren (Central NSW, Australia - 1,700 habitants), a friendly country town with pubs, restaurants, gym, pool, library, active local sports, river fishing, golf, schools, and more.
It's a great little country town but it is also quite remote as the closest city (Dubbo) is 1.5hrs drive away.
Ideally, you’d be based here for at least 3 months, but rostered work options can be discussed. Accommodation assistance is available if needed.
Visa & Sponsorship:
For the right person and after a successful trial period, there’s potential for employer sponsorship and a pathway to permanent residency in Australia.
As sponsorship is a significant commitment for both parties, shortlisted candidates must attend a paid trial period of at least 2 months before sponsorship will be considered.
Candidates are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own visa and travel arrangements for the trial period.
Check the Australian immigration website (visa subclass 482) for more information.
To apply:
DO NOT CALL US. Please send your resume to [email protected].
Be sure to include:
- When you are available to start and how long you expect to stay with us
- Your current visa type and expiry date (if applicable)
- Where you are located in Australia currently
Pay: $67,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
Application Question(s):
- What is your current Australian visa and until when is it valid?
- If this role works out, how long do you see yourself staying with the team?
- Where are you currently located? (country and town)
- We believe it’s very important for both sides to have the chance to meet in person — to make sure we’re a good fit.
If you are shortlisted, would you be able to come to Warren in Australia for an in-person assessment? This step is mandatory before we can proceed with sponsorship (if applicable), and please note that travel costs for this assessment would be at your own expense.
--> If the answer is no, please do not proceed with the application.
