We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team at DiGiCOR. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily warehousing activities and supporting DiGiCOR’s operations. The main tasks of Warehouse Worker are to oversee the warehouse operations, including daily warehousing activities such as receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading products and monthly duties such as cycle counts, warehouse auditing, and stock level assessing. The primary inventory items of DiGiCOR are hardware, server, and computer components, so prior experience in a similar field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming and outgoing goods and inspecting the quality of products.
- Picking and packing orders while keeping track of sales orders and ensuring accurate and timely order delivery.
- Assisting in loading and unloading trucks.
- Receive and process faulty parts and devices returned from field technicians to our workshop for repair using WMS/ ERP systems.
- Review inventory levels and process parts and devices.
- Carry out cycle counts and audits per the cycle count schedule.
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Ensure Health & Safety performance compliance with company and site rules and standards.
- Operate and maintain warehouse plant and equipment.
A suitable candidate will have:
- Forklift license to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (this is a must-have requirements).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, in particular Excel, and email administration.
- Proficiency in using ERP Systems/warehouse management systems.
- Physically fit for manual handling of up to 20kgs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work with various internal & external customers.
- Prior working experience with hardware and computer components is preferable.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
