Want to put your ICT skills to work where they matter?
At Warrigal, technology plays an important role in supporting our people and creating quality experiences for older people, their families and our communities. We’re looking for an ICT Support Officer who combines strong technical capability with a genuine interest in helping people and improving the way technology is used across our organisation.
You’ll be confident working across a range of technology environments and enjoy finding practical solutions to complex problems. You’ll build trusted relationships across the organisation, work closely with our technology partners and take ownership of issues from start to finish. The role offers variety across day-to-day support, business systems, projects and technology improvements, so we’re looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative and is always looking for ways to make things work better.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to use your technical skills, work with great people and contribute to technology that makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
About Warrigal
At Warrigal, our vision is simple yet profound: to create a world where older people feel known, loved, and connected. Our values – Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Compassion - guide our approach and purpose—Enabling older people live their best lives on their terms. We believe in creating joyful experiences, lasting memories, and a society that celebrates aging. Every team member at Warrigal contributes to this legacy, ensuring it continues to inspire generations to come.
The opportunity
Keeping Warrigal’s technology working smoothly, you’ll provide on-site support across our service locations, helping maintain the systems, applications, devices and site technology our teams rely on every day. You’ll work across a broad range of technology, from enterprise applications and mobile devices to networks, audiovisual systems and other site-based solutions.
You’ll also play an important role in delivering technology initiatives across Warrigal, supporting system upgrades, new technology rollouts, site implementations and business process improvements. Working alongside our IT team, Managed Service Provider and external vendors, you’ll help coordinate solutions, manage technical issues and ensure technology changes are delivered effectively across the organisation.
With no two days the same, this is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across different areas of technology and make a visible contribution to how Warrigal operates. Leaders who value you: It’s important you feel valued. To us, this is not a one-off task. But a commitment to creating an environment where you feel seen, heard and valued – every day.
