GELATO MESSINA - HIRING EVENT SUPERVISOR NOW!
We’re offering a minimum of 15-20 hours, up to 35hrs a week, in our QLD event team.
We’re looking for an energetic Event Supervisor, to manage and partake in all types of events across Brisbane/Gold Coast area.
Hours may vary from week to week. Potential for increased hours over the busy summer period.
In your role at Messina Events you will:
- Bump in/out (drop and collect equipment) at events such as weddings, birthdays, food festivals, brand activations and celebrations
- Contact clients to confirm logistics in the lead up to their events
- Manage the events warehouse and day to day upkeep and management
- Scoop gelato at the events
- Work as a scooper in Messina stores, if required.
- Drive vehicle around the city including in our gelato van
Successful candidates will be:
- Australian, permanent residents, Working Holiday visa and other type of visa holders who allows you to work a flexible shifts.
- Able to work in excess of 20 hours per week
- Surprisingly happy and charismatic
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Willing to work evenings/nights/weekends: flexibility is a must
- Valid QLD driving licence
