7 Cutz Steakhouse is looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Wollongong.
We are seeking an experienced cook who can confidently manage the Seafood and Dessert sections while maintaining our high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
About the Role
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking seafood dishes to restaurant standards
- Managing the dessert section and ensuring consistent presentation
- Maintaining food quality, portion control, and plating standards
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with stock rotation, preparation, and kitchen organisation
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Experience working with seafood is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $26.70 – $38.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
