Adcreators Australia are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Pyrmont, NSW.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identifying market opportunities for the company's services - software and website development, digital & campaign marketing and brand experiences - and advising on how each should be priced, positioned and promoted.
- Gathering and analysing information on client and audience behaviour and preferences, and using these insights to anticipate demand and shape marketing plans and strategies.
- Planning and running promotional campaigns and advertising activity to support sales objectives, coordinating creative production including artwork, copy, video and media placement within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Managing the company's social media presence and running programs that strengthen its reputation and recognition online.
- Planning and delivering marketing for brand experiences, activations and events, from concept and promotion through to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
- Liaising with media outlets, partner agencies and public relations contacts, and preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Advising on the mix of services offered, pricing approaches, promotional spend and distribution channels.
- Managing campaign budgets and measuring campaign performance across channels, reporting on results and applying learnings to future activity.
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
A bachelor degree or higher in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience in a marketing role. Demonstrated experience planning and delivering campaigns across digital, social and in-person channels, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
