Who We Are:
The New Special School at Logan Reserve is part of an innovative P-12 co-located campus, delivering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with disability.
This is a rare opportunity to join a foundation team and help shape not only the systems and processes, but also the culture, capability, and identity of a growing special school community.
Step Into Your Next Chapter:
In this dynamic and evolving environment, no two days are the same, and your contribution will have a lasting impact on students, families, and staff. Reporting to the Business Manager and working closely with colleagues across both the special school and co-located high school, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support that underpins student success.
You will assist with a range of student services and administrative functions, including enrolment support, communication with families, record management, and coordination of day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will support a school community working with students with complex communication and support needs, ensuring that administrative processes are accessible, respectful, and responsive to the diverse needs of students and their families. You will handle sensitive information with care and contribute to a safe, respectful, student-centred environment.
As part of the foundation team, you will contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture across a shared site.
You will work alongside colleagues to provide responsive, compassionate, and professional service to students, families, and the wider community, helping to create a welcoming and supportive school environment.
