About the Role
This graduate role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both Traffic Engineering and Asset Engineering functions. You will support a range of activities including investigating traffic and transport matters, assisting with road safety audits, and contributing to the design and maintenance of traffic facilities such as signage and line marking.
The role also involves supporting asset management activities, including maintaining asset registers, assisting with condition assessments, and contributing to lifecycle planning. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will help prepare technical reports, support community consultation, assist with data collection and analysis, and contribute to tendering and contract administration processes. This is a well-rounded role designed to build your technical skills while encouraging collaboration across teams and exposure to real-world infrastructure and transport projects.

- Salary from $81,301.88 - $94,200.62 per annum plus 12% superannuation

What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management or in final year of obtaining one.
- Current Class C Drivers Licence.
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- High level of personal communication skills, both written and oral.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data.
- Strong computer literacy particularly using MS Office and basic CAD/GIS.
Eligibility
