You'll work closely with our Corporate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams, helping keep projects organised, reports up to date, and business activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial calendars, project timelines, meetings, priorities, and key milestones across multiple teams.
- Track, assign, and follow up actions, tasks, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain reporting packs, presentations, dashboards, sales reports, promotional performance summaries, and business updates.
- Gather, analyse, and maintain data across reporting systems, CRM platforms, and task management tools to support informed decision-making.
- Support our major national corporate accounts through the coordination of customer submissions, pricing updates, promotional schedules, compliance requirements, and key commercial activities.
- Act as a key communication link between departments, supporting collaboration, process improvements and ensuring commercially aligned outcomes.
About you
What You'll Bring
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders.
Experience We'd Love (but it's not essential)
- Experience in administration, customer service, office support, coordinator, or similar role.
- Exposure to reporting, data entry, scheduling, or project support.
- Experience using CRM or business systems.
- Experience within FMCG, retail, manufacturing, horticulture, or similar industries is beneficial but not required.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Pronto is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
