We have an opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Workplace team in Adelaide working with partner Luke Holland.
About the team and the work
Join a highly regarded, inclusive team who pride themselves on resolving a range of workplace matters for clients across diverse sectors, including private industry, insurance, mining, transport, financial services, healthcare and all levels of government.
In this role, you will:
Advise and represent employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including WHS, unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, bullying and harassment claims.
Gain exposure to matters before various courts and tribunals, with opportunities to appear and develop your advocacy skills.
Assist with internal and external workplace investigations and workplace health and safety matters.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across our national Workplace team and other practice groups to deliver cohesive, strategic outcomes for clients.
Benefit from exceptional client relationships, including opportunities to work onsite with clients through regular secondments, enhancing your commercial understanding and industry exposure.

More about you
1-4 years' post-admission experience gained in a reputable employment, workplace relations and/or safety practice.
Well-developed advisory and file management skills, coupled with strong analytical, drafting and communication abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
An interest in litigation and advocacy, with experience or a desire to develop in both employment and workplace health and safety matters.
A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
