The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support a critical legal company migration from an Australian to a New Zealand entity, with delivery required by 30th September. This is a high-impact role that will support a Project Manager and will see you working across multiple business functions to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely transition. You will play a central role in coordinating complex workstreams, engaging key stakeholders, and driving delivery against a tightly defined timeline. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and outcomes-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
Your responsibilities will include –

Coordinating end-to-end migration activities, including governance, regulatory compliance, legal entity, and finance workstreams

Managing and engaging stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and timely decision-making

Driving delivery against the mandated implementation timeline

Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes

Providing clear and consistent project reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
About You
Ideally you will display –

Demonstrated experience supporting legal entity restructures, finance transformation, regulatory, or corporate migration projects

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities
