About the Role
Beach House Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service.
· Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
· Assist with opening and closing procedures.
· Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets company standards.
· Support staff training and provide coaching where required.
· Manage reservations, seating, and guest enquiries.
· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
· Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
· Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service.
· Assist with stock control and daily operational tasks as required.
About You
· Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
· Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
· Current RSA certificate (required).
· Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is highly regarded.

Pay: $34.96 – $48.95 per hour
