About the Role:
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe flow of vehicles, pedestrians, and workers around construction and roadwork sites. Every shift is different, and you’ll be part of a team that prides itself on professionalism and safety.
Role Requirements:
- Manage traffic flow using stop/slow bat and other controls
- Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control equipment
- Communicate clearly with site teams and the public
- Follow all required safety procedures and protocols
- Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Traffic Control certifications
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends where required
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
