Leanne has worked solo as a domestic cleaner for many years. She’s earnt the reputation of delivering value for money, cleaning with meticulous care, and building strong, trusted relationships with her clients. To meet the ever-growing demand for her services, she’s expanding the business under the name, Sure Cleaning Services and is looking to hire and train an expert team.

What You Will Do
- Clean residential properties to Sure’s exacting standards.
- Work independently or as part of a skilled team.
- Build positive relationships with clients through great communication skills and consistently outstanding work.
- Travel to various job sites across Redlands mainland suburbs.
Schedule and Shift Times
- Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Shifts: All bookings are between 9am and 5:30pm.
- Commitment: Minimum of 3 days availability per week but ideally we are looking for casuals who would like to work 5 days a week.

- Responsibility: Do you pride yourself on doing the very best job you can do?
- Flexibility: We will always strive to provide you with a roster of regular clients, but as a casual worker hours aren’t guaranteed and you will be on call within your available hours, if needed.
- Fitness: Ability to safely perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, stretching, and standing) and no medical conditions or allergies that may impede your ability to carry out your duties.
- Willingness to learn: We have certain ways of doing things that come from years of experience. We’re looking for cleaners that are willing to follow Sure procedures and are open to receiving instruction and feedback.
- Trustworthiness: Working in other people’s private spaces comes with a great deal of responsibility. Are you conscientious, discreet and dependable?
- Vehicle: A valid Australian driver's licence and your own reliable car.
- Checks: A current Federal Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Rights: Australian citizens or permanent residents. Must reside in the Redlands.
Experience is preferred but not essential. We value your attitude and work ethic above all else.
