An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate Clinical Nurse Educator to join the Emergency Department at Nepean Hospital. This Temporary Full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment.
This role will see you provide leadership to a diverse team and participate as an active member of that team. You will perform as a team member through sensitivity of the workload and needs of other staff, patients/clients and carers; knowledge of own ability; demonstrating accountability for own practice, and ongoing peer and self-education. You will prioritise and monitor the workload to meet clinical need of patients, ensuring that an appropriate skill mix is maintained including during staff breaks and assume a leadership role in promoting the maintenance of current policies, procedures and standards.
