As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently. The focus of this role is to ensure all goods are received and stored correctly, and customer orders are picked, checked, packed, dispatched correctly.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with working hours of 5:30am to 2:00pm.
Receive incoming shipments of goods and materials, checking for accuracy and verifying the condition of the items.
Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and logged in the inventory management system.
Safely and efficiently store goods and materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
Pick and pack orders based on customer requests or internal requisitions.
Regularly update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, stock movement, and expiration dates (if applicable).
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, and coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, following safety protocols.
1+ years' experience in warehousing and/or distribution
Forklift license is a must; experience with counterbalance and high reach is preferable
