We're looking for a Support Worker in The Basin area — could this be you?
Place of Hope Care is an NDIS registered provider based in Melbourne. We are currently seeking a dedicated female support worker to join our team and provide ongoing support to one of our participants in The Basin, VIC.
About the role:
You will be providing community participation and daily living support to a valued participant in the Outer Eastern suburbs. Shifts and schedule to be confirmed — we're looking for someone consistent, reliable, and genuinely caring.
What we're looking for:
- Female, with a warm and friendly approach
- Clear, fluent English speaker
- Based in or near The Basin / Outer Eastern Melbourne
- Reliable with own transport
- Experience in disability support (NDIS) is an advantage
You must hold (or be willing to obtain):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
