What You’ll Be Doing
No two shifts will be the same! You’ll be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming play environment by:
Welcoming Families: Greeting parents and guardians, explaining the play centre rules, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.
Keeping Kids Safe & Happy: Supervising up to 20 children, spotting hazards, following hygiene and health protocols, and giving basic first aid when required.
Organising & Monitoring: Managing waitlists, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Maintaining the Space: Keeping the play centre clean, tidy, and safe for every little adventurer.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
Fun, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
Safety-focused, with great attention to detail.
A strong communicator who can connect with both kids and parents.
Reliable, responsible, and proactive in creating a positive environment.
What You’ll Need
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
A valid First Aid Certificate
Previous experience working with children (play centres, childcare, schools, or similar)

RSA/RCG (preferred)
