Public Holiday $66.75 + Super + Tips
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium restaurant, cocktail bar, or high-volume venue
- Strong knowledge of wine, and food
- Confidence in preparing drinks efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
- Experience working in a busy service bar and supporting both floor and guest-facing service
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities during peak service periods
- Understanding of sequence of service and guest interaction in a premium venue
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently make recommendations to guests
- WSET Level 1 or cocktail/wine knowledge preferred, but not essential
- Current RSA required

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Working closely with floor staff, sommeliers, and management to ensure smooth service
- Building rapport with guests and contributing to an exceptional overall dining experience
- Following venue standards, recipes, and service expectations consistently
