We are looking for a passionate and experienced Facial Therapist / Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team at LAN SPA Tweed City.
As a Facial Therapist / Beauty Therapist, you will provide a range of facial and beauty treatments tailored to each client's needs while delivering exceptional customer service in a relaxing spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, scrubbing, hydration, anti-ageing, and relaxation facials
- Provide Gua Sha (Lymphatic Drainage) facial treatments to promote relaxation and support healthy skin function
- Operate LED Light Therapy treatments in accordance with spa protocols
- Conduct skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and home care products
- Provide Head Spa and Spa Package treatments (training provided)
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming spa experience
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked treatment rooms before and after treatments
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism
- Deliver friendly, professional, and personalised customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facial Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar role (preferred)
- Experience with facial treatments, facial massage techniques, Gua Sha (Lymphatic Drainage), and LED Light Therapy is preferred
- Knowledge of skincare products, skin analysis, and treatment protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and a positive team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends
