About Us:
We are a modern security company operating a 24/7 video verification control room, focused on monitoring private property and construction sites. We're seeking part-time operators who are reliable, focused, and ready for an immediate start.
The Role:
- Monitor security alarms triggered by AI-based detection systems
- Video-verify intrusions on private property and dispatch emergency services when necessary
- Accurately log incidents and communications
- Follow professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work rotating shifts, including evening and overnight work
What We Offer:
- Consistent part-time hours (22–32 hours/week)
- $29 – $67 per hour + 12% super, depending on shift timing

Requirements:
- Queensland Security Officer Licence (Monitoring/Control Room function)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, particularly during evening and overnight periods
- Basic computer skills (experience with CCTV or alarm platforms preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered (essential)
Desirable:
- Experience in security control rooms or CCTV monitoring
- Previous emergency services or dispatch exposure
Pay: $29.70 – $42.00 per hour
Experience:
- CCTV monitoring: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Queensland Security Officer Licence (Required)
