As Director of Pharmacy, you'll play a critical role in strengthening safe, effective medication use across hospital and community services. From guiding complex clinical decisions to shaping service improvements, you'll lead with purpose while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver better patient outcomes.

Leading advanced clinical pharmacy practice and solving complex patient care challenges with confidence
Guiding and developing your team through mentorship, education, and clear clinical direction
Driving improvements in medication safety, governance, and service delivery across multiple sites
Partnering with stakeholders to influence strategy, policy, and quality outcomes in rural healthcare

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA and a recognised pharmacy degree
Advanced experience in clinical pharmacy with the ability to lead complex decision-making
Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and service improvement
Strong communication skills to build relationships and influence across teams and disciplines
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare and/or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage, helping shape safer, stronger care for the communities you serve.
