Looking to kick-start or grow your career in health and wellness? We’re on the lookout for an Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist to join our WA Casual Pool, working on an as-needed basis across our clinics—primarily in the south of Perth, including Canning Vale, Naval Base, Rockingham, and occasionally Mandurah or Bunbury.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be delivering health screenings, conducting musculoskeletal and fitness assessments, and potentially getting out on-site to support workplace wellness initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and organisations stay healthy and safe by:
Conducting patient histories and physical assessments
Performing musculoskeletal and fitness testing
Delivering medical screenings (ECG, spirometry, audiometry, drug & alcohol testing)
Supporting and delivering health & wellness programs
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Managing administrative tasks and reporting
You’re motivated, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You bring:
A degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
ESSA accreditation
Current First Aid & CPR certification
A valid Class C driver’s licence and your own reliable transport
Strong computer and report-writing skills
Confidence working with a diverse range of clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently while thriving in a team
Great time management and a proactive mindset
