Med-X Healthcare Solutions is looking for a motivated Multi Stop Driver and Production Sorter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.
As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia’s leading logistics and service organisations, Med-X is a rapidly growing provider of Clinical Waste, Sharps Disposal, and Hygiene & Washroom Solutions. We’re seeking a proactive individual who can deliver excellent service to our customers while supporting our operations team in a dynamic, multi-functional role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, face-to-face customer service across a diverse client base.
- Drive across Newcastle metro and surrounding regional areas with varying daily routes.
- Deliver and collect hygiene and sanitary products efficiently and professionally.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and effectively.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
- Always maintain compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse facilities.
- Sort and assist in processing confidential materials within the production area.
- Operate production machinery and perform required pre-start checks.
- Support the wider team with general depot and operational duties as required.
What You Bring
- HR Driver’s Licence preferred, MR (essential).
- DG licence (desirable)
- Forklift Licence (desirable).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physical capability and willingness to perform manual tasks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and instructions.
- Comfort using smart technologies and systems.
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive and organised approach.
- A commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
