CRU Galston Gorge has a unique opportunity for a hands‑on Property Maintenance Manager to take charge of site presentation and lead a small, committed team in keeping our stunning bushland campsite running at its best.
Your focus:

Lead and roster maintenance & cleaning staff.

Keep facilities, grounds and services in top condition.

Oversee repairs, contractors and compliance.

Manage budgets, purchasing and capital works.
Ensure a safe, functional and welcoming site for all guests.

You bring:

Active involvement in a Christian church and alignment with our mission.

Maintenance/facilities experience.

Confident team leadership.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Manual licence + fitness for hands‑on work.
